We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all credit cards, debit cards such as Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, etc.

  1. Alcohol, Tobacco, Drugs, Drug Paraphernalia, and Medical Drugs
  2. Animal Products and Human Remains
  3. Dangerous Items: Hazardous Materials, Recalled Items, and Weapons
  4. Hate Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Hatred
  5. Illegal Items, Items Promoting Illegal Activity, and Highly Regulated Items
  6. Internationally Regulated Items
  7. Pornography and Mature Content
  8. Violent Items: Items that Promote, Support, or Glorify Violence

Before getting payments, sellers must upload their government IDs for verification. Sellers will get paid every month. 


In order to get paid, all these criteria must be satisfied:


  1. The order must be Complete by the sellers and the customer who receives the order.
  2. All Returns/Refunds must be cleared.
  3. The Tracking Number must be set in the Order History and notified to the customer.


When a customer creates an order on Athena Garden, the sellers will fulfill the order and ship to the customer. Upon receipt, the customer will check the delivered products.


  1. If everything is right, the customer can consider the Order as Complete.
  2. If something is not right, under our Purchase Protection program the customer can submit a Return within two weeks from purchase.

Under our Purchase Protection program, we accept returns for eligible products. These products/items are not eligible for return:


  1. Digital downloadable products
  2. Foods or organic products
  3. Items that are damaged by shipping carrier (if properly packaged by the seller).
  4. Items that have been altered, used, worn, washed, or discarded after receipt.
  5. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays.
  6. Items that are returned without a return agreement.
  7. Items that are accurately described but don’t meet a buyer's expectations.
  8. Items prohibited from sale on Athena Garden, including services and intangible goods.


Items must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our Purchase Protection. Please work with your sellers to arrange a return and sellers will accept Returns for eligible products. 


In general, we accept Returns within two weeks from purchase. Customers will pay for shipping fees unless stated otherwise. The returned packages must be in their original states, no open box.
